Level 100

Introductory and overview material. Such articles cover topic / technology concepts, functions, features, and benefits. Include very little technical content if any.

For whom?

For those who have little to no experience in a topic / technology.

 

Level 200

Such articles provide specific details of a topic / technology, explain how to use more advanced features. Must contain code samples or examples.

For whom?

For those who know about the technology but haven’t seen it in action or are looking for a high-level overview of the newest features.

 

Level 300

Articles with an in-depth understanding of features in a real-world environment. Must provide a detailed technical overview of product / technology features, covering architecture, performance, migration, deployment, and development.

For whom?

For those who are using or have used the product or technology and are looking for a deeper information about a specific area or problem.

 

Level 400

Articles with a deep level of technical knowledge and experience, and a detailed, thorough understanding of a topic. Provide expert-to-expert interaction and coverage of specialized topics. Must contain advanced coding samples.

For whom?

For those who have deep knowledge and want to stretch their understanding of a product or technology further.
